Postcards From Morocco

This project tells a story in images and text about people from Amsterdam with roots in Morocco. New images with a new perspective on the often one-sided imaging that emerged during the migration between Morocco and The Netherlands. It is exactly fifty years ago this year, that the Netherlands and Morocco signed a recruitment treaty, which made Moroccan labour migration to the Netherlands officially possible.⠀

On show until the 1st of December 2019 at Mercatorplein, Amsterdam
